Marriage and Relationship Therapy

Marital and relationship therapy works best with both partners, but can also work with just one. Many people needlessly break up because they view the situation as hopeless. They often try to resolve issues by trying even harder with solutions that don’t work.

It may be the right time to try something different and create a better relationship. Therapy is certainly a lot cheaper than divorce.

Birth order often plays a part in how we form relationships. Appreciation of this and what can be done to improve relationships can often make a big difference.

Hello David,

I'm sorry it's taken such a long time to write anything!

Although terribly late, and now past the anniversary of when 'X' and I stopped coming to see you, it seems a good time to write.

I am happy to say that a year on 'X' and I are still together, more solid than ever, and happier than ever!

I honestly didn't think seeing a therapist would help us at all, I don't think either of us had much hope.

However the changes it has made are amazing. There is a level of respect between us now that we didn't have before. We also think of each other more, spend more time together and also enjoy our time together more!

We don't really argue and no argument gets out of hand the way it used to, which is such a relief!....... On a personal note...I'm proud of myself...

Thanks again for everything you've done for us. I hope you and your family are all well.

Best wishes,

M(and X!)
